103/366/2020 Witnesses of His Love
PEACE BE WITH YOU!
A Marvelous Monday my dearest brothers and sisters!
I hope everyone had a great and memorable Easter Sunday. It is a different one this year and I know we will not forget everything that is going now. How are we doing after Easter? Are we still afraid? Are we still anxious about what will happen next?
My Resurrected Jesus of Mercy, I trust in You. Jesus, King of Mercy, I trust in You. Jesus, I trust in You!
Walk on water my dearest brothers and sisters! Walk on this SANCTIFIED journey with trust in His love. How can I say this? We traveled long enough that we know that each one of us has been through many trials in life. We survived and recovered. We have seen the rock moved. We have seen that light that shone before us. We were witnesses to Christ mercy and compassion. What we are going through now, is the same. Know that even if the storm is strong, it is not stronger than our Father. Believe that God did everything in His power to save us from eternal hell. There is no reason for Him to leave us alone in our current situation. Trust and have faith. He has risen. That is enough for us to believe. God bless us all.
Walking with you,
Lorelei

Gospel Meditation
Help us put our baptism into action.
Sometimes, we hardly believe that the tomb is empty.
Sometimes, our grief holds a vigil outside many tombs.
This week we let the reality of the resurrection of Jesus penetrate our hearts.
We died with Jesus in baptism, and we will rise with him in glory.
We can pause throughout our day,
even while moving from one thing to another,
to remember what this day is about.
We may want to renew our Baptismal promises several times this week,
each time using our own words –
making our promises concrete,
as we reflect upon what would put our baptism into action in our lives.
The women were frightened and yet very happy,
as they hurried from the tomb and ran to tell his disciples.
— Matthew 28:8
PRAYER OF THE SOUL
ALMIGHTY FATHER,
Thank You for this new day and week. We humbly ask You to please go before us and make the crooked places straight and the rough roads smooth… we ask for your Guidance… we ask for your leading and enlightenment in all that we say and do. May our lives glorify you and bring honor to you as we serve you.
Lord, we know that you will meet our needs, one day at a time. You give us our daily bread and daily strength to face our challenges. Please help us to focus on who and what you are… when we feel stressed, worried or overwhelmed, help us remember that you are, “The great I Am”. There is no one like you… you are, the Covenant Keeper. Your word is truth and you do not go back on your word…you are Jehovah Jireh- the God who provides…you will provide our every need…you are Jehovah Rapha, you are the God who heals…you are Jehovah Roi, you are our shepherd…you will lead us and direct us in all our ways, you will faithfully lead us through the dark valleys into the light and to the place of provision…you will never leave our side..you are Jehovah Shalom, the Lord of peace…you will give us your peace that passes all understanding, if we only trust in you and look to you…you are our powerful sustainer…you hold us and protect us… you are the one who lifts our heads…
As your children… our lives, our trials, our hurts, our cares, our problems, our fears, our worries, our loved ones, our needs…they all come back to you…you are all we need…you have planned from the beginning to be all things that we need and the answer to every prayer. Lord, as we focus on you and all that you are, may this center us and fill us with peace. May we feel empowered and confident because you have not left us defenseless or left us to face things on our own. You have made a way at every turn…
Thank you for the work you are doing in each of us. May we see you and know you in ways we have never known before. May we grow strong in our knowledge of you…may we draw closer to you… may we point the way to you. We love you, Lord and we thank you for blessing us and for loving us. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray, AMEN
